How We Choose What Name to Use
Some orchids have synonyms. Synonyms are basically different ways to call the same orchid species (or genera).
To make things official what we did was we constantly refer to World Checklist of Selected Plant Families to figure out what to put in here. How we describe
We are not scientists. But we want to be as accurate as possible in describing the species.
Most of the details will come from established books and lifted off the publications and journals straight from how these plants were described originally. |
